Want to give some kudos to my man Chris Ryan who owns EPS,Extreme Pools Solutions. He has done every fix imaginable for us on our pool. Always responds, follows up all communications, resolves the issues. Extremely fair pricing. He also works with major home warrant companies. Last job was a new heater. *Does not give me an option to not recommend * Hired him to come out and fix 2 lights that were out in the pool and spa. He did a good job in troubleshooting it and only had to replace the light in the spa. After he replaced the light the spa started leaking a lot of water. I learned that it was coming out of the opening where he replaced the spa light. He did come out and try to fix it but it was still leaking. I reached out to him asking him to come back and fix the leak. He said he would but never did and now he won’t return my messages. I now have to hire someone to come out and fix his leak. He came out, took at look at my equipment, listened to what I wanted, gave me a fair quote - all very easy. Once we made a deal, Chris started working right away, did a great job & fast. He went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were thrilled with everything. I had a good sized project- Upgraded my old pool board to one that I can control with an app on my phone. + new LED lights, plus a new blower for the spa, plus a few other things.
